By commissioning me, you acknowledge, agree to, and will comply with my terms of service, as well as future iterations as these conditions are subject to minor changes. Please read carefully before proceeding. Thank you so much for your support!

payment

1. All payments will be made through Paypal (via invoice), in USD, full, and upfront, before I begin working on the commission.

▸ Partial payments may be arranged if the order exceeds $100 USD.

2. Payment must be made within 1 week of confirmation. Failure to pay will result in the order's termination.

▸ If you need more than 1 week, please make arrangements with me before I send the invoice.

3. There will be no refunds on the client’s side after the confirmation of the first draft.
4. I retain the right to fully refund an order under any circumstance.

process

1. Your commission is accepted – you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected].
2. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you.

▸ Complex designs, additional characters, or props may face additional charges.
▸ Hard deadlines may incur rush fees, depending on the timeframe.
▸ Keeping your commission private, as well as obtaining commercial-use rights may incur additional fees.

3. After the invoice is paid, I will sketch and send you the first draft.

▸ All major changes must be made at this point (initial draft). All subsequent revisions will be charged.
▸ Minor changes may be accepted at any phase.

4. If the sketch is approved, I will proceed with lineart and rendering. You can expect intermittent updates.
5. The completed commission files will be emailed to you.

▸ Completion can take about 2-8 months. I am not a full-time artist, so please be patient with me.

✦ You will only receive a digital product through email / electronic means. ✦
There will not be a physical item. No shipping is required.

usage

1. I reserve all rights to my artwork. You, the client, may not claim artwork as your own.
2. All works (in progress and complete) are subject to being samples for my use (commission promotion, social media posts, etc).

▸ Upon request, I can keep a commission private for up to 2 months, without any fees.
▸ If you want to keep your commission completely private, the additional fee will be 100% of the item cost.

3. Strictly for personal / non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.

▸ For commercial use, your order will be subject to a commercial usage fee of an additional 75%.

4. It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork, commissioned or not, for blockchaining, NFTs / NFT purposes, or AI / machine-training technology.
5. Commissions are for their respective clients only; not for public use.
6. Commissioned works may not be edited, heavily referenced, traced, or drawn over.
7. Character designs can be slightly modified to the respective owners' liking.
8. With the exception of character designs, credit is not necessary but greatly appreciated!
